The hotel staff are so helpful and friendly they couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. Special thanks to the restaurant manager Faisal for his assistance and for making us feel very special. If you want a Great location with cool vibes then this is your tribe!

Was here for a week for our honeymoon. The service was excellent and staff was very friendly. They dec o rated our room very nicely. Free breakfast was included with our room and we enjoyed it. The pastries and drinks from the bar were good as well. You can also do laundry on-site or pay to get it done. It's located a couple blocks from the mall, grocery store and shopping. Lots of spas, restaurants and tattoo shops within walking distance. Cons: It's located across from the beach and traffic is horrible.

The hotel is in a very strategic location, just a few minutes’ walk from Beachwalk Mall Kuta. Kuta Beach is right in front of the hotel. The service is excellent, staff members are all friendly and helpful. Breakfast is decent. The rooms aren’t very spacious, but they are comfortable. The bed and pillows are cozy as well. Overall, I would recommend staying at this hotel.

I love, love, love this place! The hotel is up to date and the rooms are modern. The only reason why I gave them 4 stars, because they need more English channels on the TV. Everything else was great. The hotel is steps away from the beach. The room service is great and the daily included breakfast was always amazing.
