Getting to Bali is easy with direct flights available from most major Australian cities with Garuda, Qantas, Jetstar and Virgin Australia and an approximate flight time of five hours.

Flights depart regularly from major gateways including Singapore (approx two hours and 40 minutes), Hong Kong (approx five hours), Bangkok (approx four hours and 20 minutes) and Dubai (approx nine hours).

A one-way airport transfer is included in your package, please contact the resort to book.

Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

Feel Like Changing your Dates? No worries… You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Change of date not applicable when package is purchased with flights.

Spearmint One-Bedroom Pool Villa - Package valid for two people

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is three guests. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ and ‘Child Policy’ below for more details.

Extra Guest Policy: One adult (aged 12 years or older) may stay for a surcharge of AU$50 per night sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation, breakfast and transfer included. Payable directly to the resort.

Child Policy: One child (aged 6 - 11 years) may stay for a surcharge of AU$25 per night sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation and breakfast included, payable directly to the resort. One child (aged 3 - 5 years) may stay free of charge, sharing existing bedding with parents, with accommodation, breakfast and transfers included.

Infant Policy: One baby (aged 2 years and under) may stay free of charge and will not count towards the maximum room capacity. A cot can be provided free of charge by the resort.

Sage Two-Bedroom Pool Villa - Package valid for four people

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is four adults and two children OR five adults and one child. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ and ‘Child Policy’ below for more details.

Extra Guest Policy: One additional guest (aged 12 years or older) may stay for a surcharge of AU$50 per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation, breakfast and transfer included. Payable directly to the resort.
