Some of Napier’s finest attractions are within close reach, including the region’s award-winning wineries, famed Art Deco architecture and the dramatic cliffs of Australasia’s largest mainland gannet colony – Cape Kidnappers. Located within the heart of the action, trendy dining and shopping venues are only a stone’s throw away.

The hotel is located an approximately 15-minute drive from Napier Airport (NPE). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

We had a very pleasant three-night stay at The County Hotel. Natalie and Angela are wonderful hosts who made us feel very welcome. Our room was spotless and tastefully decorated, and both the breakfasts and dinner were excellent. The hotel’s central location was ideal, and we look forward to staying again.
