7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Treat Me credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Treat Me credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Please Note:
- Sandbar lunch experience: Due to the heat at midday, for your comfort, it is sometimes recommended that lunch is consumed at the resort with drinks provided at the sandbar.
- Welcome amenities: Welcome bottle of Chandon and Pure Fiji amenities will be in the villa on check-in. One bottle of Chandon per package.
Helicopter transfers (upgrade only):
- Package includes return helicopter transfers from Nadi Airport to Tadrai Island Resort for two people.
- Island Hoppers Fiji will email you within 1-2 business days to book your desired date.
- All passengers connecting from international arrivals at Nadi Airport will be met and greeted by an Island Hoppers Fiji representative.
- Island Hoppers Fiji requests that booked passengers check in 30 minutes prior to departure to allow the completion of facilitation processes and an on-time departure.
- Although departure times are confirmed at the time of booking, actual times are subject to change due to flight scheduling.
- Flight schedules are completed the day before travel. The Reservations department will re-confirm flight times the day before travel if passengers booked locally or are already in country. - Should weather conditions or these unforeseeable events dictate that flights cannot be carried out, passengers may be required to find alternative transport or overnight which would be at their own expense.
