So let me start off with the location of the place is AMAZING!!! I can’t express how happy me and my wife were on this trip. You guys made it really special for us. Thank you so much and we will see you soon love 🫶

Great service and very clean.

Rooms interiors felt so cheap. But it is very colorful and stylish. Their swimming pool is iconic. Their bathrooms are marvelous! Plus, in the lobby/dining area to the pool has an dance nights, and it could be romantic and fun.

As a loyal Baha Mar guest for the past six years, having previously enjoyed exceptional experiences at the Grand Hyatt Reserve. Unfortunately, my recent stay at SLS Baha Mar was profoundly disappointing and far below the standards I have come to expect from the Baha Mar brand. I feel it is important to bring my experience directly to your attention in the hope that the right actions will be taken. My family and I spent nearly $40,000 on this trip, yet we endured unprofessional service, unacceptable conditions, and a series of issues that greatly impacted our stay. Upon check-in, our room had a pervasive, poisonous odor that worsened despite our attempts to air it out. Calls to the front desk went unanswered, forcing us to go down in person repeatedly all hours of the night. A staff member told us someone would clean the room, but the housekeeper stated the odor “was not her responsibility. because she cleaned” Only after a manager visited did anyone acknowledge the problem, yet we were told no alternative accommodations were available that evening. This forced my newborn and three young children to sleep in that environment overnight. The following day, we were moved to another room—but not until 4:00 PM. This meant we lost the use of our room for 24 hours. I had to argue for proper compensation, and when a credit was finally issued, it was for the wrong night—conveniently the cheaper Friday instead of the Saturday we actually lost. No consideration was given for the exorbitant resort fees we paid for amenities we could not use. The new room presented its own issues: Dirty bathrooms and carpets visibly stained with old vomit and food in the hallway Ants covering our toothbrushes and getting into our luggages Minimal cleaning service, overall dirty rooms A general lack of family-friendly accommodations It became clear that the property caters primarily to a younger, nightlife-focused demographic, which left families like mine to deal with the consequences. Staff interactions throughout our stay were consistently rude and unprofessional.I did give them an opportunity to address this matter directly and make things right before pursuing further action.
