Fantastic hotel, exceptionally clean staff work 24/7 cleaning and making sure guests have an amazing stay. Hotel is beautiful and rooms are huge and cleaned to a very high standard daily! Nothing is too much trouble and guest satisfaction is top of their list. Only gripe would be how busy the restaurant becomes... it is far too busy and the a la carte's were impossible to book for us, we didnt get in once! Special shout out to Abdul at the pool bar for his friendliness and all the staff at the isla bar! We cannot wait to return next year, absolute paradise!! Thank you!

We recently had the pleasure of enjoying a one-day stay at this beautiful resort, and though it was short, it was truly memorable thanks to the warmth and professionalism of the staff. From the very beginning, the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The Front Office Manager, Mr. Bibin Abraham, demonstrated exceptional customer service by accommodating an unforeseen request and a special mention goes to them for arranging a surprise birthday cake for the toddler in our family. This thoughtful gesture added a personal touch to our celebration, and we are truly grateful for the effort that went into making the moment so special. Moreover the excellent service continued right through to check-out, where we were warmly assisted by the courteous and professional Duty Manager, Ms. Durptee Kajle. Her attentiveness and pleasant demeanor made the departure process just as enjoyable as the arrival. We would also like to extend our appreciation to Mr. Abhilash, who handled our luggage with great care and ensured everything was safely loaded into our car. His promptness and thoughtfulness reflected the resort’s strong commitment to outstanding hospitality. Overall, every interaction we had was marked by kindness, professionalism, and genuine care, leaving us with wonderful memories. We look forward to returning and spending more time at this lovely resort

Fantastic hotel. Fantastic staff. Really good and enjoyable hotel and holiday. They upgraded me and my family to a family room for free which made our life soo much easier with two children. Arrived late the first night so they offered complimentary room service which was fantastic! The staff are very approachable and helpful. Always willing to help no matter what the issue is. Really good hotel for children and there's lots of things for kids to do here. Ismail from concierge was really helpful at bringing my luggage and helping me check out. Guus cleaned our room to such a high standard and left two towel swans on the bed which I thought was really nice and thoughtful. Farooq and Rajendra from the food hall always spoke us to nicely and helped us with our food and kids. ALL the food hall staff were amazing but I can't remember all the names. I wish I could name everyone but every single Interaction I had with ALL the staff was very nice and polite. They should all be named. I would also like to thank Abhilash, Krishna, Shafi and Paul for helping me when my airport transfer was late. I will definitely come back here. Exceeded my expectations massively.

Rooms lack of furniture. There was a huge balcony with not a single chair. Huge bathroom in the master bedroom but nowhere to place any thing in either bathrooms or both rooms. The wall plugs were useless as some were meant for big appliances usage with round eyelets. Housekeeping was excellent. Front desk was severely understaffed but whomever we met at the reception were amazing. We stayed 2nights and were only allowed to book tables for the restaurant at 11am on the second day from a QR code. At 11:03 all were already fully booked. All the products and food were of subpar quality and felt like a cafeteria instead of a hotel buffet. Example Brands of ice cream and yoghurt were of cheap quality. The variety was huge and definitely a taste for everyone. The bracelet system is really bad. So many guests wanted to cut it off as it’s uncomfortable and gets in the way of the food. It’s tightens too quickly and we were not informed of this. Perhaps using the silicon bands like other hotels would be a better consideration. Service staff in the Buffet were not impressive. The bar was over crowded in the main buffet hall. The pool side bars were lacking only 1 main pool bar was available for cocktails. Sino and Bharat in the pool bars area were excellent hosts. The noise from the entertainment at night was very loud in the rooms.
