I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. Firstly, early check-in was free of charge. Secondly, the breakfast was good, the pool was large and offered a beautiful view of the city, the free coffee was available in the lobby, and the staff was friendly. The only downside was that we had to wait for a table at around 9:00 AM.

Had a fantastic stay. The suites are spacious, clean, and fully equipped with all the amenities you’d need for a comfortable stay. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by Jelena and Russel, who were both incredibly friendly and helpful — a great first impression! The rooftop swimming pool and gym were a real highlight. The pool offers stunning views of Marina Bay and the Singapore Flyer — perfect for a relaxing swim or just soaking in the view. No complaints whatsoever during my stay. Everything was seamless and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel in Singapore was underwhelming. While the building itself is sleek and the rooftop pool and gym with a view sound impressive on paper, even those perks can’t mask the lack of basic hospitality. The staff was distant and unbothered, almost as if they were hoping we’d check out early and save them the trouble. Warmth, care, or even a simple smile felt like too much to ask. What really took us by surprise was being told we had to pay an extra $100 just to use the sofa bed — in a room we had already paid for, with no additional guests. We simply wanted to sleep separately for comfort, especially with a baby. But apparently, using what’s already in the room is considered a luxury upgrade here. We came for rest and comfort — isn’t that the whole point of a hotel stay? Sadly, this one missed the mark.
