This place is wonderful. Shannon at the front counter was super helpful and very professional. The ballots especially Smith is outstanding will take care of your vehicles and ensuring your stuff gets up to your room. Hotel restaurant is also outstanding and worth the money

Absolutely enjoyed my stay for my one day/two night weekend. The staff members were friendly, very helpful, and easy to talk to. The location is absolutely beautiful and very well takin care of. The view from our room was amazing, the ac and hot water worked great, the cleanliness was on point, and the bed was absolutely the most comfortable bed I’ve laid on in a hotel. My only complaint is that the shower door didn’t seal all the way, so there was a puddle that formed, but everything else was amazing and my weekend was thoroughly enjoyable.

The only comment that would not make the rooms five stars is that the hotel needs an overall refresh. The bathrooms are extremely small. The staff is so friendly and makes you feel welcomed like you just came home. The hotel is beautiful and of course the view is fantastic. Dog friendly super bonus!! Beach is also dog friendly. Make sure to have the black widow drink It is delicious with a little spicy kick. The bartenders are extremely friendly helpful and decision making and will cater to what you're looking for. We also enjoyed the spa and had a fantastic massage that was very relaxing.

I am a Jacksonville native; but, this is my first time back on Holiday with family. I cannot say enough about the friendly staff and perfect amenities. However, this is my first resort experience where there was not a laundry service. This is the difference between 4 and 5-star establishments. But, overall i loved everything about the resort and highly recommend it for short and longer stays. Already, I am planning my next holiday here for an even longer two week stay.
