My Mom and I love this hotel. The staff is so sweet and helpful. Did you know they will drive you anywhere within 3 miles for free!? Robert is a doll! And the free apples and flavored water is a great perk! Plus it's steps from the Angels Railway that takes you to the Grand Central Market. Comfy beds. And the restaurant, Noe is delicious and not too pricey. Stay here!

I wanted to share my experience at the Omni Los Angeles Hotel at California Plaza. If you're looking for a place to stay in LA, this is really a fantastic option! What impressed me the most was the service. The staff is incredibly polite, friendly, and always ready to help with any request. You genuinely feel like a valued guest from the first minute to the last. And just as importantly – the rooms. They are in perfect condition! Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The housekeeping is top-notch, everything feels fresh. After a long day exploring the city, coming back to such a comfortable and clean room is a real pleasure. Overall, my impressions are extremely positive. The location is convenient too. I highly recommend it!

If you're looking for a hotel to stay in DTLA , Omni is the best place to stay at. Not only it is very clean and tidy but it's in a great location. Convenient for your adventures to Grand Central Market and to Little Tokyo in which I enjoyed during my stay. Valet parking staff was amazing, loved being greeted by the warmth smiles after a long day of traveling. They even have a free shuttle to take you to places in a 3 mile radius. Just be sure to plan ahead as there could be a wait for one. Had a minor issue but was resolved quickly and professionally from an error charge. Great customer service and the accommodation there was lovely. Whenever I plan to visit LA again, this will be my destination hotel.

I truly wanted to love this hotel. We stayed here after a hockey game because the drive home was two hours, and everyone was exhausted. The valet took our car, and since parking in downtown Los Angeles is limited, we trusted it would be secure. The hotel itself looked nice, and our room appeared clean. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. Before the game, we stopped at my sister’s house as she had just returned from a European cruise and gave us beautiful gifts to bring home. We left them in the car, trusting the Omni’s valet service. That trust was misplaced. When we picked up our car, we discovered that the valet had gone through it and stolen our gifts, including two Louis Vuitton handbags and an Italian leather wallet. It’s not about the money; it’s about the principle and the complete lack of integrity. We expected a level of professionalism and security from a hotel of this reputation, and we were deeply disappointed. I cannot recommend this property to anyone after this experience.
