We had an amazing stay here, at this location. We loved it and everything overall was great. Nice staff. Nice boardwalk. Room we got, the view was nice. Hospitality is 5/5. Thanks everyone, very welcoming here.

It was a very nice hotel. The bathroom was nice loved the huge mirror with the best lighting for doing your makeup. The room was spacious so my baby was able to crawl around. Very clean and loved the view of the river. My husband liked that he could walk around the river and the bar next to the pool. There’s restaurants around the hotel too that you can walk to.

It truly saddens me to write this review due to how often I stay with Omni properties and that this stay was a disaster from my birthday. Nevertheless, BEWARE when using your credit card for deposits. Make sure you check to be sure that you are refunded for your deposit because I have been waiting over a month to get my refund on a deposit. The issue allegedly was due to the new system they've now switched over to. I was assured it would be refunded but 2 weeks later, it's still being held. It's been a month in total waiting for that to be corrected on Omni's behalf. I'll update my review if this corrected but as of now, this is ridiculous and Omni has lost a customer due to how this is being handled.
