The most relaxing stay at a hotel I've ever had. The beds are SO comfortable, the shower is like a monsoon, the pool and entire outdoor area literally feels like you're in another country. Then on top of that you are within walking distance along the water to basically any type of restaurant, cafe, or bar that you can imaging. The staff were so kind and attentive. And side note the latte at the OTC was better than any coffee shop I've been to, no joke. Thank you for a wonderful stay we will absolutely be back.

We recently stayed at the Las Colinas Hotel and had a Blast!! The service, location and accommodations were awesome! We enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet and were served by an exceptional server named BLANCA!! She was attentive, friendly and welcoming, making our breakfast experience even better!! We enjoyed relaxing at the large pool and it was not too crowded. Thank you Omni for enhancing our vacation by your well trained and professional staff!! Rhonda

It was a very nice hotel. The bathroom was nice loved the huge mirror with the best lighting for doing your makeup. The room was spacious so my baby was able to crawl around. Very clean and loved the view of the river. My husband liked that he could walk around the river and the bar next to the pool. There’s restaurants around the hotel too that you can walk to.

This could have been an easy 5 star stay if it wasn’t for the staff. Brittney the manager specifically. I spent almost $1k to stay and hang out at this hotel this weekend. On our last night, I called to see if we could extend checkout. I was told absolutely, no problem. I just needed to call before 12 and let them know. Complimentary until 1, $25 until 2, and $50 until 4pm. We call the next morning thinking we had all the time in the world and had a whole day planned around it. When I called Brittney was extremely rude and dismissive telling us uh no you can extend your stay. I explained my conversation the night before and she cut me off saying “ no we can’t extend the stay” so I said ok well we will be running late then and hung up. She called back just to say if you stay I am going to charge your card $25. Wow. Just wow. It was extremely petty after all the money we spent and we won’t be back. The entire staff was this way. We overheard the bartenders talking about guest and it tipping. Calling them losers and other stuff. Just left an overall bad taste
