Emilio the valet attendant always professional, helpful and courteous. Every time I pull into the Omni! Very personal individual. He remembers me by my first name. Emilio goes above and beyond. Highly recommend Emilio when staying at the Omni Ft Worth! This guy deserves a pay raise for sure !! Great place! Highly recommend!

We had a great stay. The hotel is clean and modern and well located in downtown Ft Worth. We were able to walk to a lot of places and had the convenience of the affordable bus lines to get a bit further out like to the Stockyards, which is a great destination for the whole family. Our conference was easily a le to fit and was managed well. Our romm was spacious and clean and our cleaning lady was sweet and kind.

Had a great stay at the Omni. When making this reservation, i was asked what brings me to Fort Worth: my reply was it's a birthday trip. When i arrived Kyle at the front desk was very welcoming. I went up to the room to find a birthday cake and goodies which was a total surprise. Vernon brought up our things and was so helpful with all our stuff and got a feel for what we may need the next few days and telling us all the nearby things to do. Every time we seen him after, he repeatedly was helping us and making sure all was going well. Talk about staff making you feel important! . I purchased the buffet breakfast which everyone was really nice and attentive and i wish i remembered all the names because they were all very nice The first day Rishi asked our names and said he likes to remember the guest name and 4 days later he did. He made sure our first morning was a special birthday breakfast along with Tommy. Another morning our waitress made the best lattes and Seema was very sweet as well helping us one evening as they were closing. The staff seems to love what they do and it shows.

I also want to recognize Vernon, one of the finest bellmen I have encountered in all my years of travel. His combination of professionalism, attentiveness, and approachable friendliness created an experience that was both comforting and memorable. Vernon’s genuine hospitality and ability to anticipate needs before I even voiced them is a rare skill, and he exemplifies everything that world-class service should be. It is not often that you meet someone who makes such a lasting impression in such a short amount of time, but Vernon certainly did. Equally outstanding was Noah, who played an integral role throughout my stay, especially as I prepared for my departure. He went above and beyond in helping me with the often stressful process of checking out—packing up my car, loading my belongings, and ensuring that everything was handled with care and patience. What struck me most about Noah was not just his efficiency, but his kindness. His willingness to help and his consistently positive attitude made a genuine difference and left me with the best possible final impression of the hotel.
