We stayed at the Omni this past weekend for DragonCon! This is the 3rd hotel for our 3rd con but there will not be a 4th because we loved the omni so much we can't imagine staying anywhere else. We upgraded to an early check in and the entire process was quick and seamless. Our room ended up being an indoor balcony in the South Tower which was incredible (there was an option for this as an upgrade but we just let the hotel give us whatever room). I had previously responded in the Con Facebook group about how cute their room key design was and how excited I was to stay and the Director of Revenue (who also designed the key card shout out Joey) added a food & drink credit to our account!! The room was absolutely wonderful and the only issue I had was sometimes the AC would turn off in the middle of the night and it would get kind of warm and humid in the room. However there's a good chance that was human error and it wasn't enough of an issue to even call the desk. We had breakfast twice at the New South Kitchen and drinks at the Vues bar bith of which we're amazing! Danielle (I believe that's the bartenders name who worked Thursday evening) was so sweet, gave us a complimentary welcome drink, and chatted with us for a good while about Dragoncon. The only other minor issue is that there was supposed to be a sign for the Dragoncon shuttle stop, which the police apparently removed. That in itself isn't the hotels fault but we asked both front desks if they knew where the shuttle stop was and neither did. Overall an excellent stay and the Omni will be our hotel for all future Dragoncons! I honestly wish we could stay 2026 but we have a destination wedding so hopefully we'll be back for 2027 😂

I had a nice stay at this hotel. The beds were really comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. The elevators were a little tricky to figure out at first, but they worked fine. The location is great, close to everything with lots of restaurants nearby. I loved that it was across the street from the State Farm Arena and attached to the Georgia World Convention Center. I’d definitely stay here again!

We stayed there Oct 31 for the Brandy/Monica concert, chose the location in hopes of walking to State Farm and avoiding outside, but construction inside has it closed down. Maybe add that to the website. $60 parking is crazy for guest, esp after paying for the room, $35 should be average. Those two things were annoying, but not a deal breaker to stay again. However your service agent Ram is. Upon checking in he asked for a form of payment, I had given him my debit VISA he asked “Do you have a credit card?” I responded, I reserved the room with this, let’s use it. He then proceeds to give me the key to the room, I was an hour early. I asked was the early check in complimentary, he responded rudely What do you think? Maybe he was having a bad day, but his attitude was terrible. Other than that, I give my stay overall a 3.5. Oh, the sports bar was cool, great service and a delicious salmon Cesar salad!

Room was dirty. Location is convenient for events nearby. Staff member at desk was very nice. Not worth the money though for such a dirty room. Housekeepers were letting doors slam for nearly an hour non stop.
