Work event was hosted here, the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The room was spacious and good amenities on property. The fitness center left something to be desired when I was there, multiple treads out of service, skipping standard dumbbell sizes, the preacher bar had limited weights and only one safety clip.

We were on a girls trip after having a baby. They left us a special surprise in our room and were able to get free drinks from the coffee shop. The room was VERY clean. The staff was VERY attentive, professional and accommodating. The hotel itself is VERY classy. We had no issues whatsoever during our stay. I will be back to this establishment. It was by far the best experience I've had. Not only did everything meet my expectations, but my expectations were exceeded.

We stayed at the Omni this past weekend for DragonCon! This is the 3rd hotel for our 3rd con but there will not be a 4th because we loved the omni so much we can't imagine staying anywhere else. We upgraded to an early check in and the entire process was quick and seamless. Our room ended up being an indoor balcony in the South Tower which was incredible (there was an option for this as an upgrade but we just let the hotel give us whatever room). I had previously responded in the Con Facebook group about how cute their room key design was and how excited I was to stay and the Director of Revenue (who also designed the key card shout out Joey) added a food & drink credit to our account!! The room was absolutely wonderful and the only issue I had was sometimes the AC would turn off in the middle of the night and it would get kind of warm and humid in the room. However there's a good chance that was human error and it wasn't enough of an issue to even call the desk. We had breakfast twice at the New South Kitchen and drinks at the Vues bar bith of which we're amazing! Danielle (I believe that's the bartenders name who worked Thursday evening) was so sweet, gave us a complimentary welcome drink, and chatted with us for a good while about Dragoncon. The only other minor issue is that there was supposed to be a sign for the Dragoncon shuttle stop, which the police apparently removed. That in itself isn't the hotels fault but we asked both front desks if they knew where the shuttle stop was and neither did. Overall an excellent stay and the Omni will be our hotel for all future Dragoncons! I honestly wish we could stay 2026 but we have a destination wedding so hopefully we'll be back for 2027 😂

Upon arrival we were very pleased with the service we got. Since there are two towers, it can be a little confusing on where to go until you learn your way. There was staff everywhere to ask t If you needed help. We got to our room only to be overtaken by the smell of marijuana. Upon looking at the bed, one of the pillows on the bed had a visible blood stain on it. I called the front desk. They said they did not have any room comparable to ours that they could move us too. Our room had a view of Centennial Park with a balcony. They offered to comp parking and send someone to deodorize the room. We had tickets to the Fox Theater, so we agreed and left. Upon arrival back to our room, the smell was gone, but the blood stained pillow was only moved from the bed to the chair in the room! I was completely disgusted. A staff member came to the room to check on us and I told him how gross the pillow was and he removed it from the room. I can only hope they don’t charge me for it when housekeeping does a walk thru. Checkout is 11:00. I’m glad we didn’t sleep in because at 9:30, housekeeping was knocking on the door to clean the room. Seriously!!! I paid a lot for this room, and you have someone knocking on the door an hour and a half prior to when I have to leave. This trip was to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. I was extremely disappointed in this hotel.
