The hotel is located approximately a one-hour drive from Brisbane and a 35-minute drive from Gold Coast Airport (OOL). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

- Undercover parking is available for guests, and no reservation is required. Upon arrival, please park in the driveway and reception will provide access to the parking area.

- Includes: Two-day entry ticket to Dreamworld and SkyPoint Observation Deck in the Gold Coast.
- Valid for two adults (14+) or two adults and two children (3–13) as per your accommodation package. Infants under three years old can enter free of charge.
- Valid for unlimited entry to both attractions over two days (within seven days from your first visit).
- Tickets are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
- Dreamworld: Monday – Thursday: 10.30am–4pm; Friday: 10.30am–5pm; Saturday & Sunday: 10am–5pm. SkyPoint Observation Deck: Every day: 7.30am–9pm. Opening hours are seasonal and are subject to change.
- Entry to Whitewater World is not included.
