i have stayed at legends numerous times over the recent years,always good with great service, except this time . I wason floor20 with a lovely room, unfortunatley the room next to mine was full of goings and commings all nite till 5am, slamming the door ,standing on the balcony and smoking and continually arguing. When i told the girls at the desk that morning they told me that the room in question was a private room not a hotel room. I know i should of rang the desk on the nite but these guys had me very scared. As a gold accor member i have always enjoyed my stay at legends . I hope this type of thing dosent continue .

Big room with cooking facilities that we didn't use. Plenty of food nearby. Close to the beach and the night market when it is on. Room was clean and quiet. Four big and fast elevators. The pool was fairly popular. Easy check in and out. They require a security deposit using the same card as the booking which was refunded within a few hours. Had a pleasant stay, highly recommend. Tram goes past the door. Took about an hour and half and $1 to get to the airport by tram and bus and $99 from airport to hotel by taxi when we arrived. Will stay here again if we come back to the Gold Coast.

This hotel is in an excellent location close to the beach and light rail. Breakfast was delicious and staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were well appointed although more lights are needed. Unfortunately on day 3 our room was not serviced. I went to reception and asked at 5 pm, came home at 8 pm and all we got was towels delivered. Bed unmade, crumbs on floor. Disappointing end to otherwise a nice stay.

Second floor corner room was a good size and had a small balcony area where you could the ocean in glimpses through the neighbouring developments. Some furnishes and bathroom a bit tired. Queue for breakfast could be managed better. Charged for meal despite it being included. Well placed for Surfers but I felt 2 tram stops either way were much more pleasant and less tacky.
