Drive for 30 minutes until you reach Stone Mountain Park, where you can hike, bike, jog or hop on board the Summit Skyride to see the city from above. The property is approximately a 30-minute drive from Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL). Transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, Rachel the evening manager made me feel genuinely welcome and at home. The atmosphere is beautiful and polished. Loved the landscaping in the Willow Bar area. Everything from the amenities to the little details exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ I will be staying with Kimpton on our next vacation.

An absolute pleasure all around. Cozy and comfortable hotel, very well kept, clean and welcoming. Located in a lively part of town and walkable to many restaurants and entertainment. Lots of people out walking around to their favorite restaurants and hot spots. The hotel itself has a classic character and charm, with the updates and amenities of a more modern property. The best of both worlds. The rooftop is a great feature with amazing views of the city skyline. The rooms have a spa-like feel, spacious, comfortable, and clean with a good flow and open design. Nice furnishings as well. Friendly and helpful staff is also a very nice touch. Really enjoyed our stay and look forward to more.

I would highly recommend the Kimpton Sylvan Hotel in Atlanta — truly a great place to stay. The location is perfect, and the staff make the experience even better. I was very impressed with the level of service throughout my stay. Hyson at the front desk was extremely professional and went above and beyond to ensure everything was enjoyable. Christian, also at reception, was equally outstanding and provided excellent outdoor recommendations that made my trip even more memorable. Overall, a wonderful hotel with a fantastic team that makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive.

I generally love staying at Kimptons, but the staff at this location wasn’t the best. The valet wasn’t at their stand so I had to wait around 20 minutes after going to the front desk. Checking in was its own adventure. I was waiting in line and a person just cut in front of me and the concierges just allowed it to happen. It also took three people to deal with a person mad about their room not being ready when it’s was 2PM and they didn’t request an early check in. When I was final helped, they just handed me my keys and couldn’t be bothered to with any of my questions.
