Flights depart regularly from major gateways including Singapore (approx flight time of 2 hours), Hong Kong (approx flight time of 2.5 hours), Dubai (approx flight time of 6 hours).

The hotel is a 30-minute drive from Suvarnabhumi International Airport (BKK). A convenient airport pick up is included in VIP and Celebrity upgrade packages ONLY, please advise the hotel of your flight arrival time to book. Transfers are NOT included for City Escape packages.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is three adults and one child (aged 11 years and under) or two adults and two children (aged 11 years and under).

Extra Guest Policy: One additional guest (aged 12 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of THB1,766 per person, per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation, Club access and all packages inclusions. Payable directly to the hotel.

Child Policy: Up to two children (aged 11 years and under) may stay free of charge if sleeping on existing bedding or sofa with all package inclusions OR may stay for a surcharge of THB833 per child, per night sleeping on a rollaway bed with all package inclusions, payable directly to the resort.

Baby Policy: One infant (aged three years and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards maximum room occupancy. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.

Connecting rooms are not available.
