So handy to Orchard Rd and the SMRT stops. Staff super friendly and so helpful when asking about locations, attractions and places to eat, they were bang on with everything ! Breakfast selection was awesome. Room itself was perfect, comfortable room and bed. Bathroom was all it needed to be. Of note they have reduced their carbon footprint by not offering bottles of water in your room, BUT have installed a filtered water tap for you instead. Awesome idea !!!

At first they gave us wrong room due to system glitch. But after we report they gave us change of room with extra bed and complementary lunch. It was our 1st time in singapore, we came for holiday with my friends, it was very pleasant experience, friendly and helpful staff. We have planned our second trip with family and this hotel become our favourite spot.

What i think is, it’s pretty good! But, what i don’t like is the receptionist’s not friendly, like when my mum ask something (about the room) to receptionist, he says “I already told it to your husband, so just talk with your husband (my dad)” and to be honest, when there’s another people came to him, he was really friendly. I was disappointed from that point. And we had to wait so long, like maybe 2 hours. My family took 2 rooms, because it will not fit if we just took one room. But when i saw the room, it’s really good you know! All the amenities and so on! Plus the location is so strategic. Like if you just walk for few minutes, you’ll find 2 or 3 malls at around you + MRT Station. So, other than the recepsionist, it’s all good!

Extremely Disappointing Experience — Miscommunication and Poor Service I called Christian from your reservations team (believed to be Filipino based on accent) at 8:48 pm (SG time) on 18 Oct to convert my Dayuse booking (2–8 pm, S$161.87) into a full night’s stay from 19-20 Oct. He confirmed this could be done at an all-in rate of S$280.57, assuring me the Dayuse charge would not be double-counted. When I checked in the next day with my daughter, the front desk staff (Malay woman with glasses) insisted the Dayuse booking couldn’t be cancelled and processed another S$230 for the night. Since that number seemed close to what was discussed with Christian the night before, I paid—only to be told later after I asked to be sure—that it was on top of the earlier S$161.87. When I questioned the misleading info, the staff tried to shift the blame to Christian’s department, saying they were “the central booking team in the Philippines” and likely did not understand Dayuse bookings. After prolonged back-and-forth, she voided the S$230, but by then we had wasted close to half an hour. We checked in to rest and rebook another hotel since this one was a screw up. The hotel’s internal communication failure is not the customer’s problem. I was quoted a clear all-in rate and acted in good faith. Because of this error, I lost time, incurred inconvenience, and effectively wasted S$161.87 on a booking I couldn’t use. I am now writing this review while commuting to my rebooked hotel. This whole experience reflects poorly on your service standards and integrity. I’ll be filing a chargeback and leaving this review so others are aware.
