We arrived early and they were to provide us with our rooms right away. We requested adjoining rooms but the rooms that we had originally selected don't come adjoining so they were able to upgrade us to rooms that could be adjoined since we were staying with a larger family. The pool was fantastic for the kids and very relaxing. Super close to amenities and the Village Restaurants & shops. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you again for the service. Owen from bell services was great upon arrival and delievered our bags to our room promptly.

We love the Hilton in Whistler! Recent remodel really modernized the place. The rooms are spacious. Staff is great. We especially love the Cinnamon Bear Bistro, which is also popular among the locals. Our server Caelee was awesome on our recent visit! Super attentive and friendly, great personality! With Hilton Honors Gold you get a $24 per person per day food and beverage credit which is awesome. Not sure if you have to be gold for this but it’s a nice bonus. Dog-friendly and the location can’t be beat. Great spot all around.

The hotel was fine. It was a bit dated, though the location is perfect. Easy access to all the village has to offer. The common areas were kept clean, and even though the swimming area was busy, there were plenty of places to sit. We had a significant issue with the hot water in our room. It took an extremely long time to get the water to turn hot (no matter the time of day). The staff was friendly as well.

I’ve stayed at many Hilton properties before, this one in Whistler is by far the worst. I stay here last month and feel shame for Hilton. First, the front desk experience was awful — we waited for over 20 minutes to check in. There were no other guests, just us, and yet the front desk staff seemed completely unprepared or uninterested. All we got was a repeated “sorry” with no explanation. Second, the room was very outdated. The dishwasher was almost falling out of its slot, some of the wooden fixtures were peeling. Third, the parking situation was unacceptable. We arrived just after 6 PM and were told parking was already sold out. Instead, we had to park at a public lot that’s a 10-minute walk away. The worst part? When we want to load our luggage to the car, we were told we couldn’t because it was an “emergency area” by a valet staff member dressed in black came over and rudely told us we couldn’t stop there. His tone was so aggressive I honestly had to hold myself back from punching him. Absolutely unnecessary and unprofessional behavior. But strangely, I didn’t see any fire hydrants or clear emergency signage — just a convenient excuse to keep the space for paying parking guests. If you do pay for parking, they conveniently stop calling it an emergency zone. If you manage to stop there without getting caught, consider yourself lucky. But honestly, this entire experience left a really bad impression. I will definitely not stay here again. If you’re considering this property, be prepared for a series of frustrating surprises. And if you were treated the same way when trying to park, please give this review a like — people should be aware. For Hilton: train your valet well please.
