Excellent hotel! Very clean and well kept. Decent sized rooms for NYC, block away from Subway, close to Times Square, staff were very nice and friendly. Overall, zero complaints to speak of.

My stay at Grayson Hotel was fantastic. The staff were incredibly polite and courteous, doing their best to accommodate our early check-in and late checkout requests. Housekeeping was amazing, truly top-notch. The location couldn’t be better, with Bryant Park just across the street. We really enjoyed breakfast at Harta, it was great being able to order from the menu as well as enjoy the buffet. Bar Cima on the rooftop was the perfect place to unwind with a great view. The water on the entrance was refreshing.

Okay hotel. Too few elevators. Long waits at times. Staffed kind. Rooms are NYC sized. Location is fairly central to all things without being in the heart of it all.

Stayed for a quick weekend trip and honestly have mixed feelings about this place. The staff is friendly and had great service at the rooftop bar. Amazing views and our cocktails were the best we had during the trip. The location is convenient and in a quick walking distance to Times Sq and subway stops but tucked away from the madness. The rooms were clean but smaller but which is common for boutique hotels and great for couples trips. The reason I had to rate it lower is there was a CONSTANT dripping or clicking sound from maybe ductwork or the pipes that led to poor sleep. We even tried white noise to drown it out which did not help! Noise insulation in the rooms are poor in general with us being able to hearing someone taking a shower while waiting for the elevator. The lack of sleep made it hard to conquer the city. If you are heavy sleeper you may not mind but I don't see me returning here during my next visit.
