One of the best hotels to stay and unwind. Onsen was great and outdoors and indoors. You can hear the spring but cannot confirm if the onsen is actually from direct hotspring or artificially heated. Food selection for dinner and breakfast was grand. Cleanliness and service was excellent. They even came back to pick us up when we missed the shuttle for our train. The clouds views and locality is serene.

The location is the middle of nowhere, not in city central. We booked the tatami room, the interior abit old. Few things i love about this hotel : - the room size spacious - the room is clean - kids friendly hotel they have a really big playground there. My kids really love it - they provide various choices for buffet breakfast, taste also is good, Even they have shave ice , ice cream machine. The kids will gonna like it. - The onsen! They have indoor & outdoor onsen, which is good For kids pajamas you must asked in check in counter. The lounge open at 3 am they provide candies for kids in the lobby.

Location is out of the way, will take forever to get there if there’s a road hogger in front of you. But the price is good for the hotel. Very grand; spacious. It’s a huge space. Ballroom has been converted into a huge playground for children so it’s quite worth it. A good sized bathhouse for showering. The rooms are slightly smaller because of the communal bath house. Room air conditioning was dirty and clogged. Otherwise would have gotten full stars for cleanliness. Japan is always exceptionally clean.

The rooms were a bit old but very clean. The play area was larger than expected and nicely designed—great for kids (which is why we booked it after seeing it on TV). The onsen was simple but clean and relaxing. This isn’t a true all-inclusive hotel. It’s half board, with limited snack and drink sessions. For example, from 3–6pm, there are a few alcoholic drinks (served in paper cups) and small snacks like chips or candy. From 9–11pm, there’s a small selection of spirits. If you’ve been to other all-inclusive resorts, this will feel very limited. The hotel also seemed understaffed, which affected the overall service. The biggest disappointment was the food. For the price, we expected much better. Some items were nice—the wine beef, fresh choux cream buns, and salad—but much of it felt processed and repetitive. Dinner and breakfast were the same both days, and we were already bored of it after the first night. Luckily we didn't have to wait like some of the other reviews. Wouldn’t recommend unless you have young kids and only plan to stay for one night.
