The hotel was definitely designed for family with children seeking weekend escape away from Tokyo. The hotel have great indoor and outdoor playground to keep the children busy. They had some arcade area as well. It comes evening drinks and snacks from 3pm till 6pm then 9pm till 11pm. The onsen was amazing with lots of relaxing space after a bath. Was informed that the hotel is undergoing refurbishment from the upper level to lower level. Additionally, I have to acknowledge the recognition given as ALL platinum member which I was not expecting. One of the best/memorable treatment I had received with Accor chain. First of all, Mr Richard (the GM) who had actually went through my profile, came and welcome me in person during check in, given a room upgrade (which I appreciate) and most of all a reserved breakfast table with the best view despite the busy morning rush hour. Overall, this is definitely one of our most memorable time in Japan.

What I love about this hotel is that it's made for families. From the outside play area to the indoors play area, the 3:00 cocktail time, 21:00 nightcap time, breakfast and dinner buffets, everything was perfect! My kids didn't want to go back home! 😂 Staff is super friendly. Onsen was delightful. We definitely want to come back!

Good view. Great for family with young kids. Great buffet both dinner and breakfast. Room is alright, bigger than most japanese hotels. One big issue though, why is there an extra charge to have a young child stay with parents in a room? Got charged for 6000yens for "Child no bed" but no extra amenity provided in the room, no extra towels or pillows. The hotel definitely profits more from taking in guests with kids, we spent more on vending machines and gift shop for our kid so it feels abused when getting the extra charge.

Waiting 40min for breakfast with small kids it absurd. The Japanese style room futon is dated and completely uncomfortable. Getting here without a shuttlebus is a headache. The bus service has terminated in the winter season. The staff is unhelpful. Room was not cleaned during the day. Do not recommend it!
