There are bus and high-speed ferry connections to Mie from Chubu Centrair International Airport. There is a free shuttle bus from Ugata Station for guests. The hotel is approximately a two and a half hour drive from Chubu Centrair International Airport (NGO). Airport transfers are not included in your package; please plan accordingly.

- The resort operates a shuttle bus between Ugata Station and Grand Mercure Ise-shima Resort & Spa for guests. Departing Ugata Station, reservations must be made by 12:00pm that day. Departing the hotel, reservations must be made by 10pm the night before.
- Guests with tattoos are not permitted in the spa or pools unless the tattoos are concealed. 8cm x 10cm cover stickers are sold at the front desk.
- Pool operates seasonally, only in summer.
- Hot spring hours are 6am—10am (Last entry: 9:30am). 3pm—11pm (Last entry: 10:30pm).
