Avani Sepang Goldcoast Resort enjoys a prime location along Sepang’s popular Goldcoast beach, with a private slice of coastline reserved for its guests. The hotel is located approximately a 40-minute drive from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL). Airport transfers are not included in your package; please plan accordingly.

Please Note:

• A valid photo ID and the credit card used at the time of booking must be presented upon check-in at the property.
• In the interests of safety, all guests will be presented with a wristband at reception upon arrival which is to be worn throughout their stay.
• Room occupancy is based on the number of guests indicated at booking. Any additional guests will be offered the option of a room upgrade, extra room, or extra day bed charge where applicable.
• Cooking and outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited in the villas.
• Children added in the booking confirmation are permitted to stay for free; however meal arrangements will be charged separately.
• Please do not bring animals or pets of any kind into the resort compound and individual villa units.
• Please refrain from fishing at the property.
• The swimming pool is open for use on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Self-parking or valet options are available; valet parking is RM25 per day and RM10 for each subsequent entry.
• The Federal Government has implemented a mandatory Tourism Tax (TTx) of MYR10 per room, per night, for all foreign passport holders. This amount is to be collected by the hotel on behalf of the government upon check-in. Please be advised that Tourism Tax is not included in the hotel total room cost and TTx is not subject to service charge/SST. It will be reflected separately in the room bill. Late checkout after 2pm will be subject to an additional MYR10 tourism tax for the day. All Malaysian nationals and Permanent Residents are exempted.
