7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet breakfast is available at The Cascade Restaurant from Monday to Friday between 6am to 10:30am and Saturday to Sunday between 6am to 11am.
• The set-menu lunch or dinner inclusion is available at The Cascade Restaurant for lunch from 11pm to 4pm and for dinner from 5pm to 10pm. It only features the main course.
• The daily cocktails are available at Lagoon Pool Bar from 9am to 6pm and is your choice of a Kamikaze, Bloody Mary or a mojito mocktail.
• Spa treatments are available at Devarana Wellness from 10am to 9pm. Reservations are required for all treatments.
• The welcome drink is a non-alcoholic herbal drink, served at the Cascade restaurant from 6am to 10pm.
• The included 20% dining and spa discount does not require any minimum spend and can be used across all outlets. The discount does not apply to alcoholic drinks.
• Dusit Club Lounge inclusions:
  • Daily breakfast served from 6am to 10am. Club room guests can also choose to have breakfast at The Cascade Restaurant
  • All-day refreshments served from 10.30am to 8pm
  • Daily happy hour beverages and canapes are served from 5.30pm to 7:30pm
  • Complimentary laundry or pressing services for up to three items per day
  • Personal Assistant Service from 7am to 8pm
  • Late 2pm checkout (subject to availability)

Return Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: A return airport transfer, basic English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase.
• Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
