Wonderful experience! The customer service was very nice & informative. The property has a beautiful pool and a small gym. The observation deck on 6th floor is beautiful with a view of California Adventure. The room is decent size with a balcony. Has a coffee maker and small cooler. The location is excellent with easy and quick access to both Downtown Disney and California Adventure.

One of The Most Beautiful Places we have stayed. We're members of Disney Vacation Club and it's one of The Best Investments we ever made. It Never disappoints staying at a Disney Vacation Club Hotels, whether in California, Hawaii or Florida. Loved the Halloween theme that was around the Hotel and staff was Amazing and Friendly. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. The poops were beautiful and being used, it was just Amazing. Loved that on 1 side of the hotel went straight to Disney California Adventure too.

Amazing service from the moment we arrived, so much time devoted to making every guest feel important and appreciated. Rooms were very clean and felt cozy. The only reason I can't rate the rooms five stars is because the fridges don't cool very well which i was warned about at check-in and I wasn't a fan of the scent of the shampoo and body wash. Feeling like you're at comfy lodge is one thing but smelling like a pine tree is not so great. Aside from that everything was perfect. Maid service was on point along with everything else. Any question or concerns are addressed immediately. I must say however that the shinning star of our stay was a bell service employee named Scott. Meeting him was a huge highlight of our trip and he left quite an impression. From his Disney knowledge to his love of the hotels beautiful history, he made us feel really happy and excited about every little thing. Management please clone this man and post him all over the hotel for optimum efficiency! Look forward to staying here again in the future❤️

I had a wonderful experience! The customer service was very nice and supportive, making the stay even more enjoyable. The property has a beautiful pool that’s perfect for relaxing, and the location is excellent with easy and quick access to both Downtown Disney and California Adventure. The highlight for us was the special character dining restaurants, which were absolutely magical — a must for families and kids. Everything was well-organized, fun, and memorable. Overall, this place offers a perfect mix of convenience, comfort, and Disney magic. Highly recommended!
