Perched on the sun-kissed shores of Nusa Dua, this resort offers direct access to Mengiat Beach, a short drive from the vibrant Kuta and Seminyak, and a 30-minute drive from the sacred Uluwatu Temple. 7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Daily buffet breakfast is available from 7am to 11am.
• Daily lunch or dinner includes unlimited courses from either buffet or a la carte options, depending on the restaurant.
• Dining is subject to each restaurant’s opening hours. Additional fees apply for premium items.
• Daily free-flow drinks are available at any onsite venue during opening hours and includes soft drinks, mineral water, juices, select cocktails, local beer, local spirits and a selection of local wine. Please note guests may only order one drink per person at a time. Adults can experience one hour of their free-flow cocktails at Soora. Reservations must be made.
• The minibar includes soft drinks, beer and snacks.
• All-inclusive dining excludes in-room dining. A 15% applies to in-room dining and any premium menu items.
• All-inclusive dining and free-flow drinks excludes Soora. A 15% applies to menu items.
• Ayodya Palace Club access includes VIP check-in, access to the Palace Pool from 11am to 3pm, afternoon tea from 3pm to 4.30pm, evening cocktails and canapes from 6pm to 7.30pm in the lounge, plus a daily fruit basket in-room.
• Camp Ananda Kids’ club is open from 9am to 6pm and is available to children under 12. Children under four must be accompanied by an adult.
• Complimentary yoga is per the resort’s schedule.
• The 15% spa discount applies to all spa products and can be used multiple times.
• A rollaway bed can be provided upon request, subject to availability.
• In the Honeymoon Grande Room - guests can choose instead of the 90-minute massage per adult at Ayodya Spa inclusion, to have one romantic dinner by the sea. The dinner will need to be booked in advance directly with the resort.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase.
• Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• An infant seat can be booked at IDR35,000 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.

CANNA Bali Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: Complimentary welcome cocktail or mocktail per person, complimentary ice cream treat per child, free canoe hire, IDR100,000 discount per package toward 60-minute full-body massage, IDR100,000 discount per package toward jug of sangria, IDR500,000 discount per package toward Heritage Set Menu in Cliff Restaurant (applicable with minimum purchase of two set menus; reservation required), IDR500,000 discount per package toward purchase of second bottle of selected wine.
• Access to CANNA Bali is permitted one time at any stage during your stay.
• This experience is valid for the number of guests included in your Luxury Escapes Bali stay.
• Strictly no walk-ins. Reservations only.
• No cameras and no drones are permitted.
• No food and beverages from outside are permitted.
• Seating and tables (such as lounges, daybeds etc.) at CANNA Bali are not included in the entry fee and must be pre-booked (surcharges apply).
• Must be 21+ years for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request.
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult guardian aged 18+. Children must be supervised at all times.
• CANNA Bali is located in Nusa Dua.
• On the day of your visit, please be ready prior to pickup time at your hotel with your purchase number and booking information. You will be provided with a voucher to redeem your drink choice.
• Transfers between CANNA Bali and the airport are at an additional cost, please email luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com in advance for booking.
