7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. - Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
- Daily breakfast is served à la carte at Norii between 7.30am and 10.30am.
- Lunch is served from a set menu at Norii between 12pm and 4pm.
- Daily two-course dinner is served from a set menu between 6pm and 9pm.
- 15% discount at Norii and Svaha Spa Teges can be used multiple times during the stay. No minimum spend required.
- Daily free shuttle to Ubud centre is based on the hotel’s schedule.
- Daily cocktails are served in Norii between 11am and 8pm.
- Daily afternoon tea is served between 3.30pm and 4.30pm and includes a choice of tea or coffee, a small sweet cake or snack.
- Included massages are Balinese massages offered at Svaha Spa Teges, open from 7.30am to 8pm daily.
- Bookings at least one day before check-in for massages are recommended.
- The floating breakfast is a la carte and served in-villa. It is only available for private pool villas, and bookings are required.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages)
- Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
- You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase.
- Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
- Rates are per car, one way.
- A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
- An infant seat can be booked at IDR35,000 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.
- The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
Tropical Temptation Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print
- Includes: Free entrance to Tropical Temptation Beach Club in the First Party Area, including one cocktail or mocktail per adult per day of entry and a 35% discount on minimum spend for upgrades, including VIP area and cabanas.
- Tropical Temptation Beach Club is located in Uluwatu.
- Transport to and from the beach club is not included, however can be arranged for a fee by emailing luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com or via WhatsApp +62 811 3960 68 00.
- Guests must present their Luxury Escapes booking confirmation on entry (subject to availability).
- Minimum age for entry is 10 years. Children under the age of 10 will be unable to enter the venue. Pool areas are strictly adults only; children are only permitted in the lounge area, supervised by an adult at all times.

- Guests must make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance via Whatsapp (+62 823-4558-0600), quoting your Luxury Escapes purchase ID number. The Reservations team will confirm your booking and cocktail/mocktail drink choice, and any dining at Cliff Restaurant.
- Upon arrival, please provide your Luxury Escapes purchase ID number and booking information. You will be provided with a voucher to redeem your drink choice. If dining at Cliff Restaurant, you must show your reservation confirmation to be permitted entry.
- For packages with return transfers: if you wish to take advantage of the Luxury Escape departure lounge, please email luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com in advance to confirm your pref erred departure transfer pickup location.
