City Tax: Please note a local city tax of 12 euros per person, per stay (twin share packages) or 24 euros per person ,per stay (single traveller) applies to hotel stays in Rhodes and Crete, payable directly to the hotels.

Flights: Return international flights in economy class from select Australian airports (Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth or Adelaide) are included in your package. Departures from Hobart or Canberra are available for a surcharge of AU$295 per person, or Darwin for a surcharge of AU$600 per person. Airlines used are at the discretion of the tour operator and can include Singapore Airlines, Emirates, Etihad, Qatar Airways, Qantas and Lufthansa. Luggage allowance is one piece of checked luggage at 23kg and one piece of carry-on luggage at 7kg. Internal flights are provided with Olympic Airways.

The package is valid for ONE PERSON aged 12 years or older (based on twin share). If you are travelling with another person you must purchase TWO PACKAGES, otherwise, an additional single traveller surcharge will apply (see below). Single travellers will get their own room throughout the tour.

Single Traveller Surcharge: Single travellers must pay a surcharge of AU$1200 per person for low season packages and AU$1600 per person for high season packages, payable directly to the tour operator.

Child Policy: Child packages (valid for children aged from two to 11 years) are available to purchase for a 10% discount, payable directly to the tour operator.

Maximum tour group size is 16 people, minimum is two people.

Standard bedding configuration is one double bed or twin beds on request.

Maximum Room Capacity: Triple share rooms may be booked (subject to availability) for two adults and one child aged from two to 11 years.

Not Included: Visa fees (if applied), travel insurance (compulsory, available on request), meals not indicated in the itinerary, entrance fees to sites visited where not prepayable (allow approx. 79 euros (Apr-Oct) or 45 euros (Nov-Mar), hotel residence tax, drinks, snacks and other personal expenses (e.g. laundry), tips for guide & driver, optional tours, any other items not mentioned above, prepaid airline seating and airline luggage when not included in the airfare.

Change of Date: Change of date fee is AU$150 per person plus any applicable additional airfare and taxes.

After airline tickets have been issued the package can only be changed by paying a AU$350 per person airline change fee plus any applicable airfares and taxes.

The Tour Operator will contact the customer with 72 hours of purchasing the package. The Tour Operator booking forms must be returned to the tour operator within 7 days of purchasing the package. Reservations cannot be made until the booking form is returned to the tour operator.

Quotations for upgradeable airfares to premium economy, business class or your preferred airlines are only valid for 72 hours after you receive the quoted airfare.

The name on the tour package is not transferrable to any other person.

The tour order, itinerary, departure dates and airlines cannot be changed after the tour has been confirmed in writing to the customer. Any changes to confirmed reservations will required the customer to pay a AU$150 per person change fee.

Preferred Airline seating is the responsibility of the passenger. The customer will need to contact the airline to book and pay for any specific airline seats reservations. You will receive your booking number with your tour confirmation and then you can contact the airline. For those customers not wanting to prebook reserved seats, the airline will seat you accordingly at time of check in.

When booking, please write in the 'Special Requests' box whether you'd like to finish your tour in Crete or Rhodes. The tour operator will be in touch to confirm details.
