• Weekday tickets exclude school holidays. Weekend tickets include school holidays and public holidays

Important:

• Valid for weekday or weekend tickets, as selected at time of purchase
• Guests will receive a physical ticket with a QR code on arrival at the attraction. Scan QR code to save photos during the experience. The ticket has instructions to go to the Magic Memories website and download images using the unique code on the ticket
• Tickets are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
• No flash photography is permitted at any time
• For guests who require a carer to assist them due to disability, carers are granted free-of-charge entry, limited to one free carer per disabled visitor who is purchasing a ticket. Standard ticket rates apply for disabled visitors. Please note: this condition may be changed without notification

Terms & Conditions:

• Guests will only be allowed to enter the attraction once per day. Booking multiple sessions on the same day will not be permitted
• Valid for entry only. Additional attractions and activities are not included and must be booked separately
• Kelly Tarlton’s will endeavour to ensure that as many exhibits as possible are on display, however they may, without prior notice and without refund or compensation, change the operating hours of the Aquarium, close the Aquarium or any part of it temporarily, restrict the number of persons having access to the Aquarium, and/or close any part of the Aquarium or interactive programme for operational reasons
• Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18+ or will be denied entry. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times
• Infants aged 0–2 may attend for free

Cancellations:

• Tickets for this experience are non-transferable and non-refundable

Changes to Booking:

• Changes to booking cannot be accommodated
