Bookings (except for tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 48 hours prior to your original check-in date. Bedding configuration is one king-sized bed plus two rollaway beds for a surcharge.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is three adults.

Extra Guest Policy: One additional guest (aged 16 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of FJ$356 per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation and all inclusions except spa treatment. Payable directly to the resort.

Child Policy: Guests aged 15 years and under are not permitted.

Due to the resort’s remote location, special orders are required in order to obtain specific ingredients that cater to certain dietary requirements. If you have any specific requests for your dietary needs, please contact the resort prior to your stay so that they have what you require upon your arrival.

Spa treatments must be shared between two adults (ie one person cannot have both massages) and cannot be combined or transferred for cash.

Complimentary resort activities exclude diving and fishing. Entry fee applies for the Blue Cave Lagoons.

Dining inclusions do not include alcoholic beverages. Menus are subject to change without notice.
