The breakfast gets really crowded but I think the staff utilizes the space they have available really well. The bar is great with cocktails, draft beer an a good wine collection. The onsite parking is a bit confusing but we easaly found a spot not far from the hotel

Excellent stay, the hotel is in a nice quiet street, walking distance from the center and very close to a shopping mall. The room is great, very comfortable and good amenities. I recommend the small spa/pool area, very nice place to disconnect for a bit. I'd definitely choose it again!

Room was clean but small, bed comfortable, bathroom you get everything you need so it’s ok. Parking per day is 20€, delicious breakfast, waffles with the local confiture or honey are highly recommended! Good natural orange juice. The only thing is that the pool is not included in the stay price, 9€ per entry. In my opinion it should be included in price and reservation made free of charge just to control the number of people inside.

Dear Voco’s Hotel Management, I stayed at your hotel for 3 nights, and I must express my strong dissatisfaction with the condition of my room. The room was not properly arranged, lacked attention to detail, and did not reflect the standards that your hotel advertises. What is even more unacceptable is that, while passing by Room 407, I clearly noticed that everything there was arranged far better and more professionally than in my room. This inconsistency shows a lack of respect for guests and raises serious questions about the quality of service provided. If this is the level of service your hotel offers, I will have no choice but to share my negative experience publicly through online reviews and consider escalating the matter to the appropriate consumer protection authorities. I expect a prompt response and a form of compensation for the inconvenience caused. Otherwise, I will make sure that future guests are aware of the poor standards I experienced.
