  • The nightly signature cocktail can be selected from the range of Estate cocktails only and redeemed at Epoche Bar & Lounge from 11am or Locavore Dining from 5.30pm (Locavore Dining is open for dinner on Friday and Saturday only).
  • The cheese tasting experience is a Trio of Favourites at Binnorie Dairy and must be booked in advance by calling (02) 4998 6660 or emailing info@binnorie.com.au. Proof of Luxury Escapes booking must be displayed on arrival. Valid for two guests.
  • The wine tasting experience is a Vineyard Range Wine Tasting at McLeish Estate is approximately one-hour long and must be booked in advance by calling the cellar door directly on (02) 4998 7754 or by emailing info@mcleishestatewines.com.au. Proof of Luxury Escapes booking must be displayed on arrival. Valid for two adults.
