The Conservatory hosts one of the Hunter Valley’s most famous high teas. At Lovacore Dining, dishes are made with vegetables harvested from the kitchen garden. Local makers supply artisan pasta, field mushrooms, beef cheeks and triple cream Binnorie Dairy brie. When ready to wind down, savour the region’s best drops before a roaring fire at Epoche Bar & Lounge.

During your stay, dip your toes into the region’s terroir with a wine tasting at the 40-year-old McLeish Estate, one of the region’s most awarded boutique wineries.
