I had a wonderful experience during breakfast at voco InterContinental West Bay. The service was outstanding, and I’d especially like to highlight Imran, Chiamae, and Kriti — they truly stood out among the team. Each of them was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my meal. The breakfast selection was great, the atmosphere was calm, and the staff were always professional. The head supervisor Vinay also deserves a mention — he’s consistently on top of things and keeps his team working smoothly and efficiently. Overall, an excellent experience that shows how much effort the staff put into making guests feel welcome. Highly recommended!

Vinay was amazing for us. He had catered for us when he saw how sick our kids erre. Went the extra mile. He was without a doubt a standout. I would recommend again just due to him. Rooms were good and clean, good was good but vinay and the staff were great.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel! The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, making our visit truly relaxing. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful throughout, especially Oliver at the reception, who went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. He surprised us with a complimentary birthday cake for our little one’s first birthday — such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture that meant a lot to our family. It truly made our stay special. Thank you to Oliver and the entire team for their kindness and excellent service. We’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Amazing service, this is my second time here and what a welcome. I am stunned the staff still remembers me, my likes and are so sweet to make you comfortable. The restaurant staff- Vinay, Nancy, Abigael, Chaimae are wonderful people and always on top of their toes. They make my stay more cheerful and fun. Food is really good. Housekeeping - Narender always shows up on any small request. Thanks to him to keep my room clean. The rooms are very nice, bright and cozy. For the others- I would like to mention, Jahed, Sujan, Hassan and the security guys always have a welcoming smile. Last but not the least- the front desk - Gehan, Eunice accommodated all of my requests. I would definitely come back here.
