The Xcape River Kwai is nestled along River Kwai, just a 20-minute drive from Kanchanaburi town. Erawan National Park and Sai Yok National Park are an hour’s drive away, while Bangkok can be reached in 2.5 hours. 7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.
Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).
Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

- Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
- Daily breakfast is served at The Bridge Bar & Bistro from 7am to 10.30am, including a mini buffet, two la carte dishes per person and unlimited sparkling wine.
- Daily two-course lunch or dinner is served at The Bridge Bar & Bistro from 11am to 3pm for lunch, and from 6pm to 9.30pm for dinner.
- Guests may choose lunch or dinner each day.
- Nightly drink is a cocktail, local beer or soft drink per person, served at The Bridge Bar & Bistro.
- Included massages are available at MINE Wellness from 10am to 8pm. Advance booking required.
Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)
- Includes: A return private airport transfer to and from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK), basic English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
- You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within 1–2 days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com to finalise your transfers please ensure the reservation request form is completed inclusive of flight information. Your transfer cannot be confirmed without this information.
- If you have not received your transfer reservation form via email, or finalised your transfer within seven days of your departure please contact Luxury Escapes via luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
- Rates are per car, one way.
- A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
- An infant seat can be booked at THB210 per seat, each way, or guests may bring their own.
- The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
