The absolute highlight was, without a doubt, the room. It was marvelous, exceeding expectations and providing exceptional comfort throughout the entire stay. It's important to mention that, despite the room's excellence, we encountered a few issues during the stay. However, the hotel staff showed a remarkable and proactive effort to resolve and overcome every problem that arose. This dedication to solving the issues and ensuring our satisfaction transformed what could have been a negative experience into a positive one, showcasing the hotel's high level of service and customer care. In short, the combination of spectacular accommodations with service that strives to ensure everything runs smoothly makes The Mozart Prague Hotel an outstanding choice. I recommend staying here, particularly for the quality of the room and the effectiveness of the team in handling unexpected issues.

Loved this hotel! this is one of the most convenient locations in all of Prague - it's right across from the bridge which makes it super easy to visit Prague castle, and right in front of a couple of tram stops (and the famous club). The room was a bit of an issue - it's very easy to flood the living room from the bathroom because of how the room is slanted. Nevertheless when we let them know about this, they sent up extra towels for us to pad the floors. Jafar was extremely helpful and friendly! I'd love to stay here again

We chose this hotel for a four-day trip to Prague to celebrate my birthday, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The property itself is in a historic building, full of character and beautifully decorated details that immediately set the atmosphere. Our room was spacious, bright, and offered a lovely view. Even though it was close to the street, the soundproofing worked perfectly, it was quiet and very comfortable. Every staff member we met was genuinely friendly and helpful. They kindly assisted to arranged a thoughtful birthday surprise, which made our stay feel truly special. Overall, the combination of the hotel’s charm, convenient location, and outstanding service made our time in Prague unforgettable. We would happily stay here again.

Location can’t be beat…centrally located and right next to the tram for easy access to other sites like the castle if you don’t feel like walking. Reception service and breakfast service were excellent and attentive. Cons: The soft furnishings are sorely in need of an update. Carpet and chairs in the dining room were horribly stained and the settee in our room needed a good steam clean. Even the paint needed touch up through out the public areas. Someone definitely needs to take the canopy off the bed and clean it or throw it out and bring the room up to date! The woman in the bar was completely overwhelmed and was trying to make drinks as well as service 6 or more tables. Someone finally showed up to help, but some training is needed to get it right. That said most everyone was understanding and just trying to relax on a rainy evening. . I would recommend seeking massages elsewhere if that is your thing. It felt very mechanical and like everything was rushed…certainly not a spa experience. I don’t think the therapists work for the hotel full time and are brought in as needed. You pay them directly and they want cash if you have it. Final thought; we would consider staying there again for the location, but it would be an absolute “yes” with a little updating.
