From the moment we arrived at Hotel Mozart Prague, we were transported into a world of elegance, history, and genuine hospitality. The hotel itself is a masterpiece — perfectly located by the Charles Bridge, with a timeless charm that immerses you in the beauty of Prague. Our room was nothing short of breathtaking. Decorated with exquisite Baroque art, it felt like stepping into a private palace suite. Every detail — from the intricate moldings to the carefully chosen furnishings — reflected a deep appreciation for history and craftsmanship, while still offering all the modern comforts one could hope for. Waking up surrounded by such artistry was truly unforgettable. A special mention must go to Juliana, the hostess, whose warmth and kindness elevated our stay even further. From the moment we met her, she went out of her way to make us feel at home — offering thoughtful recommendations, checking in to ensure our comfort, and greeting us each time with a genuine smile. Her graciousness made our time at the hotel feel even more personal and memorable. Whether you are in Prague for the history, the romance, or simply to indulge in beauty, Hotel Mozart offers an unparalleled experience. It’s more than a place to stay — it’s a living piece of art, wrapped in the kind of service that makes you want to return again and again. Highly recommended without hesitation.

Lovely hotel situated by the river. Walking distance to Prague attractions. Well served by trams. Hotel staff are very welcoming and able to provide guidance. Excellent selection at the breakfast buffet, specific orders are accomodated. Rooms, courtyard and stairwells exude period charm in style yet featuring modern touches to make a comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

What a gem! We absolutely loved this hotel. Our room (an executive suite) was incredibly spacious, and with a gorgeous view of the Charles bridge and castle. The beds were extremely comfortable (although if you do get a cot, like we did for our daughter, be sure to ask for a mattress topper, as the cot itself is like laying directly on springs). The AC works extremely well. This felt like a luxury apartment, it was special in all the details. Rooms were also extremely quiet. The location is second to none, just steps from Charles Bridge. You can't beat it. Service was impeccable. They were so friendly and always available to help. We can't recommend this hotel enough for your next stay to Prague!

We’re overall disappointed with the hotel. I’ll start with the positive: location is perfect, rooms are cute and comfortable, isolated from the street noise even when facing the busy street, thanks to double windows. And the breakfast staff is very nice. But other than that, unfortunately this hotel should NOT call themselves 5 stars. This is 4 stars max. First, no one answers the phone when you call reception. The welcome we had at check-in was a bit rushed, we weren’t offered to sit nor a visit of the hotel, which is a shame because it has a lot of history. The room was presented to us and they advertised it had « castle view » and « bridge views » but that’s when the wind blows the trees away from your view. Service and product are unfortunately very far from what you could expect. The bar is low category, there’s no restaurant else than a steak house (great for vegetarians…) and the courtyard, while cute, is not inviting to sit in. There’s apparently a spa but it wasn’t introduced to us and there’s no swimming pool anyways. All in all, very disappointing, I know the hotel is still transitioning towards a luxury brand but it shouldn’t call itself luxury in the meantime, because that’s false advertising.
