- The property is undergoing scheduled maintenance until 23 July 2026. Completion date is subject to change. The maintenance schedule is: exterior building painting until 23 July 2025. Working hours are 8am–5pm daily. During this period, the effected areas will be temporarily closed.
- Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
- Daily buffet breakfast is served at Subsea Restaurant from 6:30am–11am.
- Daily two-course lunch and dinner are served at Subsea Restaurant from 12pm–10pm.
- Nightly cocktail per adult is available at Marin Rooftop Bar from 11am–11pm.
- There is a daily shuttle service to Kamala Beach and Surin Beach, departing the hotel at 11am, 11.15am, 3pm, 3.15pm, 6pm and 6.15pm. Please make a reservation at least 30 minutes in advance as the capacity is limited to maximum 10 people each trip.
- There is a complimentary kids’ club available. Parental supervision is required.
- Two hours of daily free-flow select cocktails and beer at Marin Rooftop Bar (select packages only) is available from 4pm–6pm at Marin Rooftop Bar.
- Daily barista made coffee (select packages only) is available at Subsea Cafe.
- One 60-minute massage per adult (select packages only) will be conducted in the guests room. Reservation is required at least 3 hours in advance.

- Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
- You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
- Flight number and arrival time
- Child seats requirements
- Number of pieces of luggage including large items
- You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
- Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
- A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
- The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
