Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of THB4,500 per adult (12+) and THB2,250 per child (3–11) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the resort.
Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.
7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. Please Note:
- Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
- Daily buffet breakfast is served at Subsea Restaurant from 6:30am to 11am.
- Daily choice of two-course lunch OR dinner is served at Subsea Restaurant.
- Daily free-flow cocktail hour takes place from 4pm to 5pm and includes Chang and Singha beers, and selected cocktails.
- Guests receive a 10% discount to use at Café Del Mar that can be used multiple times during the stay. Not applicable on special event dates.
- The one-time cocktail class takes place at Subsea Restaurant from 2pm to 5pm. (select packages only)
- There is a daily shuttle service to Kamala Beach and Surin Beach, departing the hotel at 11am, 11.15am, 3pm, 3.15pm, 6pm and 6.15pm. Please make a reservation at least 30 minutes in advance as the capacity is limited to maximum 10 people each trip.
- There is a complimentary kids’ club available. Parental supervision is required.
Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)
- Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
- You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
- Rates are per car, one way.
- A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
- An infant seat can be booked at THB210 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.
- The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
