Convenient return airport transfers from Kota Kinabalu International Airport are included in your package. Please note, your transfers must be arranged with the resort at least 14 days prior to arrival. 7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

Feel Like Changing your Dates? No worries…

You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Deluxe Sea View - Packages are valid for two adults.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and one child.

Extra Guest Policy: No additional guests (aged 12 years and over) may stay.

Child Policy: One child (aged five years and under) may stay free of charge, sharing existing bedding with parents, includes accommodation, kids’ club and breakfast only. OR, one child (aged 6-11 years) may stay for a surcharge of MRY35 per night, sleeping on existing bedding with breakfast, kids’ club and accommodation only. Return airport transfers can be added for a surcharge of MYR60 per child. Payable directly to the resort.

Baby Policy: One infant (aged two years and under) may stay free of charge with return airport transfers. Infants will count towards the maximum room occupancy. A cot can be provided by the resort free of charge.

Magellan Club Room and Executive Suite - Packages are valid for two adults.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and two children OR three adults.

Extra Guest Policy: An additional guest (aged 12 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of MYR180 per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed with breakfast and accommodation only. Return airport transfers can be added for a surcharge of MYR60 per person. Payable directly to the resort.

Child Policy: Up to two children may stay. Children aged five years and under may stay free of charge, sharing existing bedding with parents, includes accommodation, kids’ club and breakfast only. Children aged 6-11 years may stay for a surcharge of MRY35 per child, per night, sleeping on existing bedding with breakfast, kids’ club and accommodation only. Please note: The luxury cruise is inclusive of two adults only. Additional guests can be added for an additional RM199 per adult, RM180 per child (aged 11 years and under) and free of charge for infants (aged two years and under). No seat will be allocated for infants.

Please note: The daily glass of wine or beer will be at Horizons Rooftop Bar. Operational hours are Tuesday to Sunday from 5pm to 1am. If Horizons is closed, guests may enjoy their daily drink at The Breeze Beach Club.
