The hotel is located approximately a 45-minute drive from Heathrow International Airport (LHR). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

Valid for travel until 1 February 2025 (bookings must be made before 1 November 2024).

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

  • Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Stayed at The Level with my boyfriend for his birthday for a pre-theatre trip. Check in was smooth and room was aesthetic and comfortable. Jacqueline at reception went above and beyond to make it a memorable experience for us – so thoughtful, friendly and genuinely helpful, I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and she is an asset. Loved the extra touches in the room with the balloons, card and cake. The hotel is nice, by Regents Park. Breakfast ok lots of options.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel during a business trip. Opted for the Level room and was not disappointed. Breakfast in the lounge with level access was brilliant and especially loved the tapas hour. The Level host Jacqs was especially courteous, friendly and brightened up the experience with her kind customer service. If you’re choosing a central London location Melia White House is ideal. Recommended

I stayed for five days at The Level at Meliá White House Hotel, and I have to say it was a great experience. I would like to highlight the service provided by Eriko. She demonstrated excellent professionalism, paid attention to every detail, and ensured a smooth and pleasant dining experience. In short, she was incredibly kind and patient. In addition, the receptionist David was very friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home thanks to the excellent service from both him and Eriko. Overall, all the hotel staff were amazing and genuinely kind. We’ll definitely return to the same hotel because our stay was truly fantastic.

Outstanding Service and Warm Hospitality We had an excellent stay, and a special thank you goes to Juan from Ecuador, who truly made a difference. His outstanding service, warmth, and customer-focused attitude stood out from the moment we arrived. Juan’s kindness and attention made us feel genuinely welcome. The rooms were also very nice — we booked two for the family and everything was clean, comfortable, and well prepared. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We’ll definitely be back!
