We LOVED this hotel! Not only is it in a great area, but the hotel was so nice I almost didn’t want to leave! The social hour every day with free drinks and snacks was such a nice addition. The room itself was trendy and comfortable. The rooftop pool was perfect for relaxing. The staff was friendly and attentive. I was so pleased with our stay and would stay here again next time I’m in Nashville.

The hotel was amazing! From check in to check out. We were greeted very nicely and best part they allow pets! We came with our husky and they had provided us with dog bowls for food and water and a dog bed for him to sleep on which I thought was great. The hotel was very clean and decorated nicely. Any questions I had front desk was always so pleasant to talk with so was room service and our valet Collin was also very nice. He took care of us and even told us about couple spots to try and did his very best to accommodate everyone that was checking in!

They need to hire more help for valet parking. The customer service was not what I expected for an upscale hotel from the valet to the front desk staff. Not very welcoming or friendly. However, the Henley bar service was great! I enjoyed a nightcap for 2 of the 5 nights I was there. The hotel is well-maintained and housekeeping cleaned my room daily. The downside is the rooms are dark. Despite the lamp fixtures so working was pretty hard if there wasn't daylight coming in. It is in a great location within walking distance of food and a great restaurant located on site as well.

Showed up with multiple bags as we are moving our child into University. No valet, no luggage carts, no self-opening doors. Just two people working the check-in desk inside. No one else working at this place. I left my car outside and took the keys as no one showed up after 10 minutes. The room is sparse. No towel racks! No lights. It is frustratingly dark, even during the day. Worse yet, two lights didn't work. We got a suite and the other room was uninviting. Old, crappy couch shoved in a corner and '60s chic' decor. I am Platinum Elite IHG member. Don't stay here. Even for the price, it is not worth it.
