Positioned only a short distance from the tranquil Kamala Beach, Sunwing Kamala Beach is right on the doorstep of Kamala Village, surrounded by quaint beachfront restaurants and bars. Just 15 minutes away, Patong is full of shopping experiences and all the nightlife you can imagine. The hotel is located approximately a 45-minute drive from Phuket International Airport (HKT). 7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• The daily buffet breakfast will be served at SOM’s Kitchen from 7am until 10.30am.
• Welcome fruit is provided in-room.
• Welcome drink on arrival per person is a coupon provided in the lobby, for use at SOM’s Kitchen.
• The daily lunch or dinner will be served at SOM’s Kitchen from 12pm until 3.30pm, and 6pm until 10.30pm respectively, and will include two courses choosing from starter, main or dessert.
• The ice cream card is valid for 10 ice creams per child, per stay, and can be used at SOM’s Bar or the Pool Bar.
• Daily drink with lunch or dinner is a cocktail, wine, beer or soft drink per person.
• The coupon for welcome drinks will be provided on arrival and can be redeemed at SOM’s Kitchen on arrival.
• A minumum booking of two hours is required to recieve the complimentary one hour of babysitting service. Valid for up to two children. Bookings must be made one day in advance. The service is either in Lollo & Bernie Club or in the guest room.
• Babysitting price is THB300 per child, per hour until 6pm, increasing to THB350 from 6pm onward.
• Included massage will be a Thai, Oil or Foot massage per adult, and will take place in the outdoor massage area.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• One infant seat can be pre-booked free of charge for the first seat. Additional seats will be charged THB210 per seat. Guests may bring their own infant seat.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
