Very convenient location, just next to the Hauptbahnhof and easy to reach to the airport too. For a tourist, it’s also easy to go to the city center on foot. The hotel is in the previous post office, beautiful old building facade, and inside modern and elegant. The check-in and check-out at the rush hour (noon to early afternoon) are always busy and have to queue, it would be better to have more staff working at the reception during the rush hour. Inside the room, you can feel the facility has been slightly worn out. Especially the floor, several heavy long scratch marks are visible. Just wonder why not to put carpet on the floor… however the bed is super comfy! Impressive! After checked in and entered in the room there was a box of macarons sent to the room, a nice touch. During our stay, the manager at the breakfast was extremely friendly and funny, you could feel his passion for his work. And for the food in the breakfast, it was standard to this level of hotel, not really exceptional. Finally we had a drink in the bar during a night, the selection was good and drinks were well done.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel and I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every detail of my stay was perfect. The room was luxurious, spotless, and equipped with all the amenities I could possibly need. Additionally, the hotel’s location was perfect, allowing easy access to everything since its in center of the city, The dining options were outstanding, and I thoroughly enjoyed every meal. Special thanks to Umut who has an excellent guest relations and trying to communicate with every single guest to make their stay memorable. Overall, my stay was nothing short of phenomenal, and I will certainly be returning in the future. Thank you once again for making my visit truly memorable.

We loved the breakfast staff and the breakfast! What a beautiful way to start off the day. The evening manager helped us get tickets to the opera. He was a gem. Had a fabulous message in the spa. Loved the live orchids. They were stunning. I would have taken a class on how to get my orchids to grow like that. Loved all the little extras, like the infused water for us to enjoy, hand lotions and so much more. Thank you for a lovely visit! We will gladly recommend you and look forward to seeing you again! Thank you!

Breakfast was poor, service and general knowledge of the menu card in the bar was poor, the attitude in the reception was tending to unfriendly with all the staff we met except for the check in, the location was maybe the worst you could get I Munich right beside the main train station with lots of homeless people and other factors which made you feel unsafe (in a city where you feel safe almost everywhere except for the area around the main train station). I would not recommend the hotel to anyone.
