We always stay here when in Munich. We love the duplex room and so do our kids. It’s enough space for four us and the windows and great. The service is A+ as well as the food. It’s so nice to have a hotel we trust and know we will receive a wonderful stay. The location is near the main station which is close enough to walk to main attractions, but can be a little interesting at night.

We really loved this hotel! It’s right next to the main train station, but totally quiet. Great service and lovely inside. The real standout for me, as someone who eats a plant based (vegan) diet, is the food! Breakfast was amazing, they have a full vegan section with more delicious options than I’ve ever seen in a hotel before. Dinner was great too. The only let down was the bed, which is more soft than I like it. I’ve definitely slept better elsewhere. However, that’s more my personal preference, with a dodgy back.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel and I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every detail of my stay was perfect. The room was luxurious, spotless, and equipped with all the amenities I could possibly need. Additionally, the hotel’s location was perfect, allowing easy access to everything since its in center of the city, The dining options were outstanding, and I thoroughly enjoyed every meal. Special thanks to Umut who has an excellent guest relations and trying to communicate with every single guest to make their stay memorable. Overall, my stay was nothing short of phenomenal, and I will certainly be returning in the future. Thank you once again for making my visit truly memorable.

Stayed here for a short business trip for two nights. The public areas of the hotel are very pleasant, and the room was comfortable and functional. Breakfast was extensive and high quality, although patently overpriced. There was only a brief mention of my platinum status with Accor, and the welcome drinks available through the app. No apparent upgrade or other tangible benefits, despite these little perks being a major reason why I stay with one hotel brand over another. My major gripe came from my room request not being granted. As a very light sleeper, and on a tight turnaround trip for business reasons, I wanted to prioritise sleep, and clearly requested a room not facing the street noise and away from the elevators. I got exactly the opposite, despite the hotel clearly not being anywhere near full. If Accor have a section for room requests on the booking app, then this should be followed if at all possible, especially for loyalty members.
