Even though I was only there for one night, the staff went above and beyond for me. The room was fantastic, the view was fantastic and the bed was extremely comfortable. I was attending a conference at the Hotel and the conference facilities were great and the food throughout the 2 days was exceptional. I really enjoyed my stay.

My stay at Sofitel was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully designed with a touch of luxury in every detail. The rooms were spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. Staff were professional, warm, and always ready to help with a smile. The facilities from the pool to the dining were top notch. A truly relaxing and memorable experience. Highly recommend Sofitel for anyone looking for premium service and comfort!

Our family recently had the pleasure of spending five wonderful nights at the Sofitel hotel, and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service that made us feel right at home. The check-in process was seamless, and we were delighted to find that our room was not only spacious but also beautifully decorated, with stunning views of the city skyline. The comfortable beds and luxurious amenities ensured that we all enjoyed restful nights after our busy days exploring. One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel’s dining options. Each morning, we indulged in a delicious breakfast buffet featuring a wide variety of fresh fruits, pastries, and local specialties that catered to everyone's tastes. The staff was attentive and went out of their way to accommodate our family’s needs, making breakfast a delightful start to each day. During our stay, we took advantage of the hotel’s fantastic facilities, including the pool and spa. The kids had a blast splashing around in the pool, while my partner and I enjoyed some much-needed relaxation time at the spa. The treatments were rejuvenating, and the serene atmosphere provided the perfect escape. The location of the Sofitel was also a huge plus, allowing us to easily explore nearby attractions and enjoy family outings. The concierge was incredibly helpful, providing us with great recommendations for local activities and dining options. What stood out the most was the genuine hospitality of the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable, from little touches like personalized welcome notes to thoughtful suggestions for family-friendly activities. As our trip came to an end, we all agreed that our stay at the Sofitel was one of the best family vacations we’ve had. We left feeling refreshed, happy, and already planning our next visit. Hotel is fine however was charged an extra night to the credit card unused for the bond. No receipt or any paper trail other than a single line on my bank statement. Contacted the property who provided no explanation and just apologised and said the money would be refunded in a few days. You would expect your financial details are secure at a 5 star hotel. If this happened overseas would be reporting it to the local police station. You ve been warned!!!
