Valid for travel until 31 December 2025 (bookings must be made before 30 November 2025).

Sanitation Tax: A US$4 per room, per night Sanitation Tax is not included and is payable directly to the resort.

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

  • Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service ONE date change in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 45 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges

Lovely hotel. The room facing the ocean allowed us to enjoy such a great view. You can look out to the ocean while relaxing in the bed and bathtub. Happy hour at the bar was awesome. Very attentive staff. Will come back again.

Supposed to be a luxury hotel but it’s average I would say. The rooms are not sound proof you can hear everything in the hallway and it’s a residential area so you can hear the dogs upstairs bark. We couldn’t sleep well because of the noise. The room was modern but a lot of mold/rust everywhere and damp smell. You cannot use any residential areas, they don’t tell you at check in. We were trying to watch the sunrise and sat at the beach chairs in front of the hotel and were told the chairs are for residents only, it was 6am no one was out and we were just gonna be there for less than 20 mins… when we arrived they didn’t let our taxi inside the gate even tho we were hotel guests, on our departure I asked them if they would let the uber in and they said yes, there’s like 3 gates they have to pass so you have to let the uber know your room number and name. The food was good, breakfast was included in our rate and it was very good. We had drinks and food at the pool/beach club, very overpriced for what you get, but service was good. Overall I wouldn’t recommend, you can get a better beach area for the same price somewhere else.

I purchased a cabana Sunday 8/18/25 for the Cancun location. I qualify of the food and service was TOTALLY unexceptable! Food wasn't hot, it took an hour for hookah delivery. Condiments containers were not clean. It was four people in my party, we had one towel. The cabana needs restoration. Overall, it's not worth the $675.00. I must say the staff was very kind, and friendly and more concerned with our issues than management. The manager's Samuel and Jorge didn't care about our concerns! Basically, one manger passed our concerns onto another and still no accountability, no apology, just ignored! I use Resortpass frequently, I have never had an experience like this! I WILL NEVER SPEND MONEY WITH CANCUN SLS AGAIN.
