Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of THB7,500 per adult (12+) and THB3,750 per child (2–11) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the resort.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Guests will not be able to check out on 31 December 2025. Stays that include this date are still permitted.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served in Horizon Club Lounge from 7am to 10.30am.
• Horizon Club Lounge access is available from 7am to 10pm daily. Benefits include coffee, tea and soft drinks available throughout the day, concierge and secretarial services, daily afternoon tea from 2pm to 4pm and nightly drinks and canapes from 5.30pm to 7.30pm. Dress code for happy hour is relaxed, smart casual.
• Massages must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Chi, The Spa is open daily from 10am to 8pm.
• The dim sum buffet lunch (select packages only) is served at China Kitchen from 11.30am to 2.30pm and must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
• The one-time Rooted in Nature three-course dinner (select packages only) is served at Kad Kafé from 6.30pm to 10pm. Must be booked 48 hours in advance.
• Kids’ Corner is open from 9am to 6pm with daily activities. Please note there are no stand-by staff to supervise.

Night Safari Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Inclusions: Access to Chiang Mai Night Safari for two adults (12+).
• Safari must be booked a day in advance.
• Late bookings may be accommodated on the same day before 11am, but are not guaranteed.
• Night safari shows run from 5.30pm to 8pm. All other activities open at 11am.
• Transfers are not included.
• Transfers for up to two adults and one child can be added for an additional cost of THB1,200 per way.
• For up to six passengers, transfers are available for THB1,600 per way.
• Additional guests may purchase the night safari experience for an additional cost of THB1,200 per adult (12+), and THB600 per child (2–11).
• If guests prefer to arrange their transfer, the address for safari is 33 Nong Kwai, Hang Dong District, Chiang Mai 50230, Thailand.
