The hotel is located approximately a 40-minute drive from Muscat International Airport (MCT). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

Overall the experience was great. The staffs are very polite and friendly. Literally from the hotel and poolside. They always greet me all the time which is a big positive for the guests. The room was very cozy and spacious too. The view from the balcony was outstanding. One thing I really love was the pool and the lazy river. It was very relaxing and it gave me a peace of mind. I will definitely comeback.

The landscape architecture is unreal. Truly an oasis by the beach with mountains behind you. A unique and one of a kind property. I had a good time here with my spouse and our infant. The review accounts for our poor dining experience. Breakfast, lunch, dinner or even in room dining, were priced high but tasted absolutely terrible (besides breakfast coffee and juices which were good). This is important to note as you DO NOT have ANY other choices for food within walking distance. As per any resort style dining the cost reflects the property and is above the average rate for a meal in this country. The real issue that gave us a terrible dining experience was the food was simply bland. All you can eat breakfast were not enjoyable, a la carts restaurants boasted well known ingredients but could not deliver. I was very upset with this as the pricing made me assume the food would be delicious. (I tried each a la cart restaurant except one). That said I hope they can fix this. I would definitely consider visiting again in the future. Other things to know about this property include convenient (and a good range) water sport rentals. Boats, kayaks, jet skis etc. A decent gym with classes. Concierge and room cleaning services were above and beyond. again, this was a great resort, but poor dining with nearly no other options made it difficult to enjoy.

The location of the hotel is excellent. However, the property is in need of renovation and no longer lives up to a 5-star standard. The room I stayed in required maintenance: the ironing board was broken, the wardrobe light kept flickering, the coffee machine didn’t work, and there were mold spots on the washbasin — all of which were disappointing. The food was underwhelming; many city restaurants offer far better taste and quality. That said, the staff were excellent — warm, professional, and always willing to help. Unfortunately, given the overall experience, it didn’t feel worth the price.
