Sea Dragon is located in a great spot overlooking Pink Bay. The place is going through a renovation at the moment and the main building and new rooms are fantastic. Breakfast and dinner were great and there is a limited lunch menu also available. All the staff were super friendly and the tour guides - Pauly, Paul and Adam - were all fantastic, very knowledgeable and passionate about Kangaroo Island. The full day tour is a highlight and takes you to multiple points across the island. Other activities include honey tasting, gin tasting, a tour of the lighthouse and sheep shearing - all of which were quite interesting. Should you opt for the wine tasting, I’d suggest that you ask for a recommendation from the staff and seek another option to Dudley wines. While the setting and views are great, the wines themselves were not that impressive. You will encounter an endless number of kangaroos on the property during your stay which only adds to the experience. Highly recommended!

As soon as we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. One side of the main restaurant and lobby offered breathtaking ocean views, while the other was filled with a lively group of kangaroos. The location is serene and perfect in every way. I particularly appreciated how native ingredients were creatively featured on the menu. A truly peaceful place to visit.

This was a wonderful three night experience. The rooms are gorgeous; the food exceptional; the staff first class; the location spectacular; and the experiences great. Adam, our tour guide for the full day nature tour was the best guide we’ve ever experienced - he told stories for the entire journey and really gave us a deep, authentic understanding and appreciation of all things Kangaroo Island. Thank you

This is a slice of heaven, the road to Sea Dragon may be bumpy but well worth the ride. Once you arrive you’re treated to a secluded well designed reception/dining area with a view to die for. Be on the look out for dolphins in the morning and afternoon (if you’re lucky you’ll see them jump out of the water). The rooms are stunning and at night the skunks spectacular. Jane and her team make you feel more than welcome and will go the proverbial extra mile. The day tour with our guide Adam was fantastic. Not just the island and all of it’s beauty, but also his stories of the island and the people who live there. I wish that everybody would show much respect to nature and friendship as he does.
