Sanctoo Suites & Villas is hidden in the peaceful village of Singapadu on the fringes of Ubud, around a 20-minute drive from Ubud centre. It sits adjacent to Bali Zoo and is a short drive from Sukawati Art Market and the Ubud Traditional Art Market. The glistening waters of Tegenungan Waterfall are 15 minutes away by car. The resort is an approximately 60-minute drive from I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). Airport transfers are included in select packages, please see Fine Print for details.

Nyepi Day: Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 19 March 2026 during which airports are closed and check-in/checkout at the resort are unavailable.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served at Cassowary Restaurant from 7am to 10.30am.
• Daily two-course a la carte lunch or dinner is served at Cassowary Restaurant.
• Lunch is served from 11am onwards, dinner is served from 6pm onwards.
• Nightly cocktails are served at Cassowary Restaurant from 3pm to 6pm.
• The massages take place at The Sanctoo Spa & Wellness and need to be reserved 24 hours in advance.
• Afternoon tea is served at Cassowary Restaurant from 3pm to 6pm.
• For the included 20-minute photoshoot, guests receive one printed image to take home.
• Zoo access will be organised by the resort at check-in.
• Children are included in the one-way or return transfer packages.
• There is a shuttle from the resort to Ubud centre, please enquire at check-in for the schedule.
• Children in all packages will not receive massages or any substitutes for nightly cocktails.

One-Way Or Return Private Airport Transfer Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: A one-way or return private airport transfer, basic English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase.
• Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• An infant seat can be booked at IDR50,000 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.

Canna Bali Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: Access to Luxury Escapes departure lounge, complimentary welcome cocktail or mocktail per person, complimentary ice cream treat per child, free canoe hire, IDR100,000 discount per package toward 60-minute full-body massage, IDR100,000 discount per package toward jug of sangria, IDR500,000 discount per package toward Heritage Set Menu in Cliff Restaurant (applicable with minimum purchase of two set menus; reservation required), IDR 500,000 discount per package toward purchase of second bottle of selected wine
• Access to Canna Bali Beach Club is permitted one time at any stage during your stay.
• This experience is valid for the number of guests included in your Luxury Escapes Bali stay.
• Strictly no walk-ins. Reservations only.
• No cameras and no drones are permitted.
• No food and beverages from outside are permitted.
• Seating and tables (such as lounges, daybeds etc.) at Canna Bali Beach Club are not included in the entry fee and must be pre-booked (surcharges apply).
• Must be 21+ years for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request.
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult guardian aged 18+. Children must be supervised at all times.
• Canna Bali Beach Club is located in Nusa Dua.
• Transport to and from the beach club is not included, however can be arranged for a fee by emailing luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com or via WhatsApp +62 811 3960 6800. For packages with return transfers, if you wish to take advantage of the Luxury Escape departure lounge, please email luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com in advance to confirm your preferred departure transfer pickup location.
