Free cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Treat Me credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Treat Me credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Nyepi Day: The Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 3 March 2022 and 22 March 2023, during which airports are closed and check-in/out at the resort are unavailable.
