Although I initially arrived at this hotel due to a mix-up by my host — as I was supposed to stay at a five-star property — it turned out to be a much better experience. It may not officially be a five-star hotel, but the staff here certainly deliver five-star service. Kudos, especially to Joane — she connected instantly, and her warmth and hospitality made me feel truly welcome. I’ll keep returning to this property for as long as the same wonderful team is here. Ubers were cheap to the galleria which helped so I wouldnt need to fight with parking. The rooms were clean and modern. The staff was really nice and helpful. My first time visiting and I will return. It can get lively in the lobby at night when there are events going on.

This is a tough one. The front desk is disorganized. We requested and booked a high floor with robes, but got the 9th floor instead. We were able to change the room to the 17th floor, still not not high level, which begins at floor 21. No robes, which they brought us later. The room was very comfortable and very clean. We were missing coffee pods for the Keurig, a housekeeping problem. Small things, but they kept me from giving 5 stars. On the plus side the concierge was great. He gave me a ride to the Galleria and walked out of the hotel with me to show me the way to go to a nearby restaurant. Would stay there again.

The only thing that was nice was the outside and lobby. The elevators were sketchy felt like it was gonna break. The toilet was messed up in my room got switch to another room was missing big section of couch the water pressure was horrible the room smelt like piss. Then wake up next morning had 2 deposit charges taken out of my account. I will never go back and very much do not recommend this place better off in a motel 6 than this place
