This hotel is slightly dated HOWEVER whatever is lacking in modernity is MORE than made up by the extraordinary customer service. Every single employee that we encountered during our stay was exceptional and helpful. Particularly wanted to commend Mr. Vusal Yusifov who is the manager.

I stayed at this hotel during a convention last week. I had a broken arm and so when I would go to the lunch buffet that was part of the convention, it would have been very difficult to serve myself. Luckily, every day I was there, Carl, the director of outlet ops, and Amanda in the restaurant, would go through the buffet with me and load up my plate with what I wanted. They made sure I had plenty of food! It made me feel very cared about as a person, more than just a sale for lunch. It was much appreciated, and the food was delicious!

I was excited about the hotel and it’s perfect location. However, I was disappointed with the staff at the reception. The female receptionist was not polite or friendly and spoke with tension. When I asked her if breakfast was included, she even did not look it up and just said, “No”. Fortunately, the male receptionist helped me by checking and confirming that I did have breakfast included. Again, in the morning, I had an unpleasant conversation with another receptionist regarding parking payment. It was my first traveling by myself, and when I asked again how the service works, I didn’t feel like a welcome guest. On a positive note, the breakfast and the service in the restaurant were excellent.

I had a great stay. The rooms were clean and spacious. Rooms are only cleaned by request before 1 p.m. but they advised such upon check in. All of the elevators went out during our stay and I think they could have handled that better. There was no announcement or communication. We stood waiting fir an elevator on the 8th floor for 10 minutes before a hotel employer advised they were out and took us to the freight elevator.
